The 2019 Bourgogne-Côtes d’Auxerre La Ronce comes from blue clay soils. It has a very pure, perfumed bouquet of shimmering red cherries and crushed strawberry fruit, all beautifully defined. The palate is smooth and harmonious, the acidity perfectly pitched, leading to a sensual dark cherry, raspberry and mulberry finish.
