The 2018 Bourgogne-Côtes d'Auxerre Corps de Garde Blanc has a fresh peach skin and grapefruit bouquet, touches of jasmine and melted wax developing with aeration. The palate is well balanced with a waxy texture, judicious touches of dill and sage, and a hint of white chocolate and toffee apple toward the well-defined finish. Excellent.
