Jean Baptiste has been running the family winery for 15 years. The vineyard covers more than 8 hectares, of which one third are premier Crus.
He has a deep respect for the land that is family has been fostering for three generations. He employs organic practices but hasn’t sought out certification. Wines spend 12 months or so in between 25% and 45% new oak, then spend few months in steel to harmonize and refine themselves.
