Based in the Village of Saint-Aubin in Burgundy, the Roux Familly owns 70 Hectares of Vineyards.
Les Cotilles is their new project, a drastic selection of the two emblematic grapes varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, sourced on the South of France.
The rigor in the choice of origins allows a unique creation, authentic and of great finesse. The delicate expression of the fruit is sublimated by its great purity, freshness and a good concentration.
