Yann Chave

A domaine of very high standards, with 19 hectares of Syrah and a tiny amount of Marsanne and Roussane. Yann Chave creates some of the best and elegant wines in Northern Valley. Since he took over from his father in 1996, Yann has lifted the reputation of the estate considerably by making very fine red and white Crozes-Hermitage as well as fantastic Hermitage.

He uses some very meticulous vineyard practices based on organic and sustainable viticulture principles.
