Granda

The Granda Brewery was founded in Lagnasco, in the province of Cuneo, in 2011. The style of the beers is strictly directed towards very hoppy and bitter products, with some exceptions of Belgian inspiration. Inspired by the tradition of the first "ale" produced in history, no concession is granted to preservatives, stabilizers, substances or heat treatments such as pasteurization. Each beer produced in the lagnasco plant is left free to evolve and mature, revealing new and different flavors each time. The preservation and evolution of the taste of beer is the result of an ancient technique: refermentation in the bottle.
