Chateau l'Hermitage Saint Martin

The estate is run by young winemaker Guillaume Fayard from Chateau Sainte-Marguerite. Located 10 miles from Mediterranean coast, soils in these foothills are limestone and sun hardened-clay; sun shines 265 days a year here. The estate is certified organic and harvest conducted by hand. After a brief cold skin maceration, the grapes are gently pressed and vinification takes place in temperature-controlled vats. As the best example of Provencal Roses, wine is balanced with supple fruit and minerality.
