Bodega Menade

Located near the banks of the river Duero in Rueda, Bodegas Menade was set up in
2005 by the Sanz siblings, sixth generation of winegrowers and producers.
Menade farms 160 hectares of vines in Rueda located mainly in the northern part of the
DO near the Duero river. All wines are certified organic and fermentation is with only
natural yeasts present on the grape skins.
In addition to their regular Organic wines, Menade also is experimenting with making
and bottling wine entirely without added SO2 (no sulfur.)
